Urban Geometry and Social Tectonics invites visitors to explore the complex intersection of architectural form and the lived experience of São Paulo. Hosted at the Pinacoteca de São Paulo from May 10 to October 10, 2026, this exhibition examines the city’s dense metropolitan fabric through the lenses of structural logic and social reality. By juxtaposing architectural blueprints, photographic documentation, and abstract wall paintings, the show maps the ongoing evolution of the urban landscape. Central to the exhibition is the influential work of Lygia Clark and Hélio Oiticica, whose artistic practices challenge the boundaries between art, architecture, and the public sphere.
