Founded by José Kuri, Mónica Manzutto, and Gabriel Orozcokurimanzutto grew from an artist-centred, itinerant model in Mexico City into an internationally influential gallery with locations in Mexico City and New York. Its history is integral to the development of a generation of Mexican contemporary artists, and its programme offers strong links between artists, exhibitions, books, fairs, and institutions.
Conceived with artist Gabriel Orozco and founded by Mónica Manzutto and José Kuri with a group of artists. After years of nomadic projects, the gallery opened a permanent Mexico City space in 2008.
