Founded by Andrée Sfeir-SemlerSfeir-Semler is a central gallery for modern and contemporary art from the Arab world, with spaces in Beirut and Hamburg and a programme that places regional practices in international art-historical conversations. It is especially valuable to Biennale Radar because its artists frequently appear in biennials, museums, commissions, and major cross-border exhibitions.
